State authority also has a duty to safeguard the freedom of families so that they can choose the schools they consider most suitable for the education of their children, according to their ideals.
Parents also should collaborate with teachers going, both spouses, to the briefings they where invited by the school.
As far as possible, parents should be involved in associations to participate in the governing bodies, as well as in the various educational programs, and thus put all means to transmit human values in the education of their children.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that «parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.» Therefore parents, and not the State, are the right holders to the formation of their children.
